Search for Liam Payne's Rolex Continues in Buenos Aires

The body of Liam Payne was transported from Buenos Aires to England after his death was confirmed. One of the authorities' priorities has been the search for the Rolex that the singer was wearing on the day of his death. Both the hotel room where he was staying and the homes of the people he had contact with and the prostitutes who were with him that day have been inspected, but no positive results have been found so far.

According to sources from the Argentine newspaper La Nación, authorities have conducted exhaustive searches in the mentioned locations, but the watch has not been found. The hotel room at Casa Sur where Payne was staying has been closed off and under police custody since the moment of his death, by court order.

Liam Payne’s father traveled to Argentina to bring back his son's body and belongings, finding that the Rolex valued at 40,000 euros was not among them. The disappearance of the watch could have legal implications, as if it is confirmed that it was stolen, a new person could be charged in the case, according to investigators.

Three people are currently under arrest for Liam Payne's death, facing charges of illegal drug sales, apparently related to the intoxication that the singer may have suffered. Despite the raids carried out on the defendants' homes, the Rolex has not yet been found. Authorities have analyzed security footage confirming that Payne was wearing the watch on the day of his death.

After weeks of investigation, Liam Payne's remains were transported back to his hometown, Wolverhampton, to receive a final goodbye from family and close friends.
